About
I’m Aurora June. On HERO2 and anything Berkeley you’ll see me as Aurora Khatibi Garrity; it’s the same person, in a different room.
Los Angeles is home. At UC Berkeley I studied psychology and conservation at the same time because I wanted to understand why people do what they do, and what it costs the places they live. I rowed crew, which means I’m no stranger to 4:30 am call times.
Now I build things that try to make the good choice the easy one: an app that rewards how you move, a home for sensitive people, stories about identity and family, and tools for understanding land.
